Our AI chatbot is like a friendly coworker who’s always there to help. You can ask it questions and get answers in real time, so you never have to leave our platform to get the information you want.

The Knowledge Base in AuditPal AI allows you to organize and interact with your documents more comprehensively. It appears in the left-hand panel below the Modules section and is designed to help you group related files into AI-readable units called Collections.

  • Use the Default Collection to upload commonly used documents.
  • Create new collections to separate files by topic, client, or engagement.
  • Collections allow the AI to reference multiple documents as a unified source during chats.
  • Start chats directly with any collection to ask questions, summarize content, or extract insights.
  • Upload new files to any collection from this page to keep your audit knowledge organized and accessible.

AuditPal AI includes a simple, intuitive Settings panel located at the bottom of the left-hand navigation. It’s divided into three tabs: Account, Limits, and Plan.

Manage your personal information and preferences:

  • View your registered email address.
  • Optionally add your name for the AI.
  • Join the AuditPal AI mailing list.
  • Cancel your account if needed.

Track your usage across AuditPal AI tools:

  • View a dashboard showing how many AI requests you’ve used.
  • Monitor your activity to stay within your plan’s limits.

Understand your subscription and upgrade options:

  • See which plan you’re currently on: Free, Professional, or Power.
